The NBA has come up with another easy way to vote for All-Stars this season.
On Thursday, support was added so fans can vote using Google Search. All you have to do to vote is Google “NBA Vote All-Star” or “NBA Vote [Team Name]”. Here’s what it looks like.
After you reach that page, you click on the team of the player you want to vote for. You can vote up to 10 times, even for the same team. Once you’ve selected your players, all you do is click submit.
It’s that easy.
Voting options have never been so wide-ranging, as you can cast ballots in a ton of different ways. For example, you can use the Google Search option on multiple devices including desktop, tablet or mobile, plus you can cast votes via NBA.com, the NBA App, text, and social media. Here’s a list of all the voting methods and how to do it. There really isn’t any reason why you can’t vote, as this latest feature is supremely easy.
The NBA continues to create trends digitally in pro sports, and it wouldn’t surprise me at all if other sports leagues follow suit with enabling Google voting.
Voting ends Monday, Jan. 18, 2016 at 11:59:59 p.m. ET, with starters being announced live on TNT on Thursday, Jan. 21. The 2016 NBA All-Star game is set for Feb. 14th in Toronto.
