With rumors that the Los Angeles Lakers may be in talks to make UConn head coach Dan Hurley the next Lakers coach, one has to ask what does this all mean for LeBron James?
From reports, James seems to like Hurley and wouldn’t have a problem with Hurley as the Lakers’ next head coach but will he stick around next season even if Hurley is hired is the big question according to Undisputed host Paul Pierce who says he thinks regardless, this is LeBron’s last year in a Laker uniform.
“I think this is going to be LeBron’s last year,” he said. “I mean I think this is him enjoying his last year with his son, you know being there every day with him and showing the ends and out of the NBA and I don’t think it goes beyond this. It’s about the future. ”
“I think LeBron is satisfied with how his career has gone,” Pierce added.

Pierce thinks this has nothing to do with the team, it’s all about LeBron wanting to end his career playing side-by-side with his son Bronny and then riding off into the sunset knowing he has accomplished all he had to accomplish in his career.
