The Arizona Cardinals have the confidence of Las Vegas behind them, as they are the favorites to win Super Bowl 50, according to the Westgate SuperBook. The Cardinals started the playoffs as favorites along with the Patriots and Panthers at the SuperBook.
Arizona is now a 3-1 favorite, followed by the Patriots and Panthers, who both have 4-1 odds. The Denver Broncos, the AFC’s top seed, come in at 5-1, while the defendind NFC champion Seahawks are installed at 6-1.
| TEAM | ODDS |
|---|---|
| Cardinals | 3-1 |
| Patriots | 4-1 |
| Panthers | 4-1 |
| Broncos | 5-1 |
| Seahawks | 6-1 |
| Chiefs | 10-1 |
| Steelers | 12-1 |
| Packers | 18-1 |
The Cardinals will face a Green Bay Packers team Saturday night (Jan. 16) following a nice comeback win against Washington. The Packers looked as good as they have in quite some time, and hope for a better showing than their Week 16 matchup against the Cardinals, who rocked them 38-8.
In the other NFL divisional round matchups, the Patriots will be facing the Kansas City Chiefs, who stomped all over the Houston Texans in the Wild Card Round. The Panthers will be taking on the Seattle Seahawks, who they came back to defeat in the regular season.
Peyton Manning and the Broncos will be facing a tough Pittsburgh Steelers team that is coming off of one of the crazier finishes we have seen to an NFL playoff game. The Steelers will likely be without star wide receiver Antonio Brown because of a concussion he sustained from Vontaze Burfict, who was suspended for the punishing blow.
If this weekend in the NFL playoffs is anything like last weekend, we should be in for some great football with some immensely talented contenders.
